## Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

**To be eligible for a return:**
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

**Non-returnable items:**
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
- Gift cards

## Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

## Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
